Established in 1914 for residents looking for a tranquil escape from the work week, Knickerbocker offers the perfect mix of sports activity, social events and relaxation for Northern New Jersey families in the shadow of New York City.

Our storied Donald Ross golf course with the finest conditions, and a special golf experience has always been the foundation of Knickerbocker Country Club.  Today, this is true more than ever. At KCC, evolution only strengthens tradition.  Outstanding racquets facilities and programs, an updated aquatics amenity, and a dining and social experience that complements everything makes Knickerbocker a best in class family country club.  Our Clubhouse is currently under renovation with completion anticipated end of 2026, and our pool renovation will be complete for the 2026 summer season.  Expansion of our racquets facilities to include pickleball and padel are planned for the 2027 season.
